The Hurrah Players Performing Arts Camps offer an exciting, high-energy theatre experience for children ages 5 and up, with no experience necessary.
As Virginia’s leading family theater company, The Hurrah Players provide a welcoming and professional environment where young performers can build confidence, creativity, and stage skills while having fun.
Our Spring Break Camps introduce students to the magic of musical theatre through acting, singing, and dance. Campers learn choreography, develop characters, explore vocal technique, and rehearse scenes in a supportive, team-focused setting. Each day is filled with creativity, imagination, and hands-on instruction designed to help every child shine.
Our Summer Camps expand on this experience with week-long, full-day programs that allow students to dive deeper into performance training. Campers work in age-appropriate groups and receive instruction in acting technique, vocal performance, stage movement, and ensemble work. Camps conclude with a final showcase or performance, giving students the opportunity to share their hard work with family and friends.
